I feel overweight, whats a quick way to lose it?
I am 13 years old, and weigh about 8st 11 pounds. I am 5ft 4.
i know this may sound like im a stupid immature girl, too obsessed with my weight, but recently, i've been comparing myself to my friends and they are all around 7 and a half stone. I always lie about my weight and say im just under 8, but I really want a quick way to lose weight. I dont want to talk to my mum because i feel like she wouldnt understand. I really like and want to go for runs, but i live in quite a crowded neighbourhood, and i get scared by everyone watching me and i always get shouted at by comments from teenage guys, which i really dont like. None of my friends know i am upset with my weight, but i really want to lose some, without them worrying about me.
I want to get to around 8 stone or under, and i have a party in a month where i want to be that kind of weight. Please dont say, dont be silly, becuase i have thought about how overweight i feel, and saying horrible things makes me feel bad about myself, and also it will not change the way i feel about my body.

okay so i have to lose like 6 pounds and fast. whats the quickest way to do this that doesnt harm my body too much? im not going to starve myself so dont say that. i just need a quick way to lose weight besides drinking alot of water. im already doing that and it doesnt seem to be helping. im also walking a lot. and thats not helping either.

I need a quick way to lose weight. Any tips?
I'm 5"7 and weigh 145lb
I use to have an eating problem and weighed 125lb but I got my self out of it and gained a lot of weigh back. I feel really bad about my self.. And I just need a way to lose 15-25 pounds.. Not only a good diet easy to follow but maybe a good exercise plan that doesn't involve running because it makes me sick.
I just need help.

Losing Weight..16 years old.?
So, I'm a 16 year old teenage girl, I'm 5'9" and I weigh about 219.4 lbs as of this morning. My mother's had me on a diet for a while, a simple 1500 calorie diet. I've been trying to get out and get some excersise for a while but I don't have access to a gym. I don't have a gym membership because my father doesn't think I'll be consistent with it and my mother can't afford it. I'm just looking for a quick way to lose weight. I've tried everything, even the more serious and dangerous tactics like throwing up and stuff but I was submitted to see a counselor and had to stop. If you can offer some words of advice, they'd be gladly appreciated. Hell, a good excersise plan or maybe a better diet would be fabulous! Oh and please let me know if you think I'm morbidly overweight or just fat etc etc. I think I'm pretty big but I don't really consider myself disgustingly huge, but some might. Thanks in advance!
