Fear of loose skin after weight loss?
I am a twenty-two year old female, who weighs 200lbs and is roughly 5'3-5'4 (have not measured myself in a while). I am in the early stages of loosing weight and becoming a much healthier and happier person. My target weight loss is 70lbs in total.
I know how to eat properly and am learning (slowly) how to choose the proper routine for my goals. However, there is this fear in the back of my mind that keeps popping up. Excess skin.
I am not in any rush - I have been the size I am for years - so, I plan to loose the weight within a six month to one year span.
My question to you all is this: Will my being young with good skin and taking the weight off slowly, eliminate the result of excess skin, once the weight is off?

Will my skin shrink after weight loss?!?
Im a 15 year old and i just lot alot of weight. I used to be 215 and now i weigh 155. But the problem is i still look chubby due to the left over skin. (Im 5'10 so at 155 i shouldnt be chunky) Everyone always says i look thin but when i take off my shirt i dont look thin. My question is can i get my skin to shrink back into place? And to do this by summer, how much excercise would be needed per week (or daily)?

How to get rid of loose skin/flab after weight loss?
I'm a 20 year old female, 5'4" tall. I used to be a skinny child, never flabby. When I hit puberty, I gained a lot of weight. I was 184 lbs (although I didn't look it, I'm big-boned). My doctor told me I was dangerously overweight, so I decided to start working out (weight training and cardio) I went all the way down to 155 lbs. This was three years ago. When I hit 155, I got a little lazy, thinking I lost enough so I took a little break. A year later, I started working out again, but only for a short time because it was hard to keep myself motivated. Then, earlier this year, I went through a period of time when I was under lots of stress, and I lost weight rapidly due to not eating frequently enough. I went down to 137. As this year went on, I gained weight and went back to 150. Two weeks ago, I decided to quit the games, and start seriously working out again. I lost 5 lbs in those two weeks, which I know is a bit much, but I know I'm not starving myself. I work out very frequently. I still do weight training/cardio back-to-back. I do this at the gym 3 times a week, and in the days between, I do little mini workouts at home.
The problem is, I have lots of loose flab from my previous weight loss. I'm pretty skinny and happy with my body shape, but my stomach is really flabby, as well as my thighs and underarms. Is there a natural way to get rid of this? I'm never considering surgery. I eat pretty much anything, especially fruits and vegetables. Any tips? Should I change my diet?
