how to lose 3 pounds in per week?
im 13 years old, 161 cm, and 149-150 kg.
i wanna lose about 10-12 pounds and i wanna lose 3 pounds each week for about 3-4 weeks because i heard that losing 2 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss but adding a pound to each week wouldn't really hurt right?
ur probably gonna say things like cut back on sweets, eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink 8 glasses of water each day and pick water instead of pop (in fact i hate pop and would pick water over it any day:S) and exercise, but i already know that and im making an effort to follow them.
so i wanna know how much i should exercise every week to lose 3 pounds (btw im doing jump roping cuz i hear its the best exercise to lose weight)...do i do it everyday? every other day? and how long? an hour? half an hour?
i would also appreciate any other helpful tips if you know any :)
