i'm 12, 130 pounds (all in my stomach) and skinny everywhere else...i have no meat (i'm vegetarian) so...what should i be eating/doing to lose weight? i'm concerned because all my "chubbiness" is near my heart so i want it gone! it's in woman's health because women are built differently then men and i think i will have better responses to this question wow britt that's allot of things to process (but good things) also i eat ALLOT of fake meat i don't drink pop (but i DO drink allot of smoothies) i will NEVER smoke because (A) my mom and sister are asmetic (sorry i don't know how to spell that) and (B) my "father" (i hate him and we don't live together) is addicted to smoking and drinking thanks you you made me feel MUCH better about myself (and thank you all for the comments) also how do you pick a best answer? i can't work it out

what's the best/healthiest weight loss suppliment out there?
i've been eating very good now and stepping it up on my walking routine. i'm losing pretty slowly. (i'm 22 years old, 152 lbs, and just wanna lose about 10 lbs to get down to a healthier weight that i used to be at). i've never tried a weight loss pill or suppliment or anything in the "diet aisle" at the drugstore. i'm not a fan of taking pills unless they're fairly small. i also don't wanna pump my body with something that's really bad for me. i'm not someone trying to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks. i'm just trying to get a little bit of a boost. any ideas??
