Am I anorexic? Not to sure?
I'm very worried i might be anorexic? I know that sounds silly..
Here are some of my thoughts/actions
- Check on the internet how many calories are in EVERYTHING i eat.
- Don't eat anything for 3 days at the most. And when i do eat its less then 100 calories
- Weight myself when i get up/ Go to bed/ After a shower.
- Tell myself food is only going to make me fat and its evil and water is healthier then anything and safe
- Tell myself that fat is disgusting and that the only way i will be happy is to be thin
- I will not eat in front of people. I have to be in my room in silence and enjoy every bit/sip of what i eat.
- Have a binge day of 800 calories. Which i vomit up
- My thoughts are constant about food and hunger. I crave everything all the time. From when i wake up to when i go to sleep my thoughts are constantly about FOOD.
- I sit up all night on the computer on thinspo/ Anorexic blogs/ Diet and weightless websites.
- When i see people eating i always think to myself "haha your not even appreciating that, You disgust me, Food is only fattening. I hope you get fat"
Or it might be "I hate how you can just eat that and not feel guilty when i'm suffering"
- I am constantly feeling every part of fat in my body
- I get nervous when i had a sip of something or a bite when i don't know how many calories are in it
There is a lot more But i won't over do this.
Im just confused as if i'm just concerned about loosing weight and i do want to be really skinny or it is anorexia?
Help?
I am 5.0 ft and 50 kgs (110 pounds) . I know that my BMI sounds correct. But i do have excess fat !
I just don't think its too that extreme.
This used to be more mild about 3 months ago, But only in the last three weeks has it been getting more obsessive.

Calories/Weight Gain. HELP?!?!?
Ok, so, I need some help on as how to get enough calories and ultimately more weight into me.
I have an undiagnosed disorder which mainly affects my digestive system. And my energy levels. This can cause alot of abdominal pain which is made worse by eating/drinking. And I have chronic constipation which means there's not alot of room for new food either! I also have a dairy allergy/intolerance. My weight is considered 'dangerously low' (BMI= about 13.7-14.0) and has been like this for many months now. (Has been between BMI of 13.3-15.2 for the past 3 years) I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis, so I know this cant be good for my poor body. So I'm in dire need of gaining weight. Besides having your bones sticking out all over the place and looking really ill isnt exactly pretty... :(
If I lose anymore weight then I will probably end up in a general hospital being tube fed in some way. I would really rather be able to stay at home and gain weight myself than have to be in hospital. I'm sure anyone would.
Problem is I'm only really managing to get about 1700 calories max into me each day. I've tried bulking up food, making it more calorie dense, but there's only so much I can eat before I feel really sick and full and bloated. And left unable to do anything apart from eat and worrying about fitting enough calories into the day! :/
Today for example. My diet has consisted of:
Breakfast: Toasted Plain Bagel & 10g Peanut Butter, Water
Lunch: 2x crumpets & dairy-free margarine & jam, 9 Bar Original, Orange Squash
Dinner: Chicken & Vegetable Pasta Ready meal, 1 and 1/2 Cups Cranberry Juice Drink
Pudding: Iced Finger Bun
Snack: 4 Squares Plain Chocolate, 1 Fox's Mint Cream
Total: About 1650 calories
Any ideas of how I can up my calories? Any high calorie recipes or meal plans would be really helpful. I'm just really stuck, desperate and have no idea what to do. My bones may be totally mucked up, but I really dont want the rest of my organs going that way.
Please can you bear in mind that I have an allergy/intolerance to dairy. So anything containing milk is unhelpful, sorry :(
Thank you for your time =]

Why am I gaining weight on my diet?
I am a 16 year old male and this is my diet:
Cardio 1 hour every single day (burn roughly 200 calories)
Weight lifting 3 times a week every other day (weekdays)
Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
Breakfast 2:
1/2 cup cereal
1 cup milk
Lunch 1:
4 ounce 1/2 chicken breast
1 cup broccoli/cauliflower mixed
1/2 cup brown rice
Lunch 2:
4 ounce 1/2 chicken breast
1/2 cup brown rice
Snack 1:
1/4 cup almonds
1 orange
Dinner:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
Dinner 2:
1/2 cup oatmeal or cereal
1 cup milk
Snack 2:
1 cup carrots and broccoli mixed
I started with these measurements:
Belly: 39 1/4 inches
Weight: 184 pounds
Height : 5"11
Age : 16 1/2
2 weeks later:
Belly: 40 1/2 inches
Weight: 190 pounds

Age : 16 1/2
Whats going on here? Shouldn't I have lost 3-4 pounds of fat?

I didn't count calories today because I don't want to get too obsessed with this counting Business.
I won't count on day a week. But it still shouldn't be more than 1200 calories and I weight 162.8 today.
Is this typical?
Is there any thing else I can do? I've also been exercising on my bike for about an hour or two per day.
Also, why is it when I move my Scale and reweigh myself, my weight changes? Its a digital thingy.
Thanks. :)

Sgt Shammy Member - yo brah. what part of "I've also been exercising on my bike for about an hour or two per day" didn't you understand? Whatever.
And to the first person, I've been eating sugarless, fatless snacks, only been drinking water, and eating bananas, apples and grapes. I've also started eating the can soup things that are only a 100 calories per serving and tuna for dinner.
