Very first tip of Weight Loss Diet - Get control of runaway diet habits because that lead to weight gain, low energy & poor health. Dieting is never the solution for Weight Loss. "Diets" don't work. To have lasting results, you have to make real changes in your eating habits - you develop a new way of eating instead of just "going on a diet".
People should always prefer a Dietician or Nutritionists for weight loss diet or weight loss program then only you'll work closely with a Personal Dietitian to reach your weight loss goals.
One of the most important reasons to lose weight and to maintain a healthy body weight is for your health. Excess weight is associated with high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol and triglycerides, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, certain types of cancer, and other diseases.
High blood pressure is called "the silent killer" because it doesn't have recognizable symptoms. Eating foods high in potassium and changing your "salt shaker" reflex can help lower blood pressure. And, if you are overweight, losing as little as 10 pounds can have a positive effect upon blood pressure.
It is hard to get good diet results without a complete plan which gives you the fine tuning to your body. A great diet plan is not going to do you any good unless you're willing to follow it. That's why your Personal Diets plan considers your lifestyle, your eating habits, and your goals.
A good Dietician helps you in deciding what to choose for your weight loss diet and you'll learn how to make healthy, delicious food choices that are practical and easy to prepare that match your taste preferences, you'll discover what your body needs, how to burn fat not muscle and many more.
Safe, effective Weight Loss Diet program considers your health, weight goals, & nutritional needs and a personal, professional attention from a dietician & nutrition expert, you get in any Weight Loss Diet Program.

How to fake weight gain?
I just got discharged from a month-long hospitalization for anorexia treatment. I was admitted at 94 pounds, and I am currently bordering between 110 - 112. However, I am unhappy at this weight and I very much dislike what I see in the mirror. I have a lot of...things, in the past that I connect with dieting and weight loss; i'm addicted to it. And i'm quite shallow.
The point is, I resent my reflection in the mirror (I know, I know, i'm 5'6" 1/2 and 110-112 pounds, I'm not overweight, etc. Yes I know i'm delusional.)
I want to go back down to about 98 or 100 pounds - a weight that i'll be content with. The problem is, i'm doing out-patient until the end of December...but I can't wait that long.
I'm allowed to exercise, which I do a lot of, and i'm on a 3,500 - 4,000 calorie diet plan (that I kinda sorta have to stick to, unfortunately - my metabolism is apparently in hyperactive mode according to my doctors. I lost 2 pounds without exercise at 3,000 calories, believe it or not), so I can very easily lose the weight in no time.
So, every Tuesday morning I have to go to the hospital for several hours for testing. This testing includes getting weighed. But because I want to prevent a breakdown, I need to secretly lose weight...if I lose too much, and my health dips, i'll be sent to a nine-month intense in-patient ED treatment program across the province.
So, my question is: Even though i'll be losing weight again, what are some ways to manipulate the scale when I go in to get weighed?
It may sound like i'm still thin and don't weight a lot...but perception is everything.
I'm not obsessed with looking 'good', just to clarify. In all honesty, i'm only shallow weight and big-picture-wise.
When I look in the mirror, I still see a fat bitch; I preferred my reflection when my bones showed through my skin. Now all I see is skin, which my eyes perceive as fat. I know i'm still sick; i'm not denying it.
Okay, well, would binging a few hours prior to being weighed make a noticeable difference on the scale?

Question about diet and weight loss?
I need some advise on my diet plan. I am trying to lose weight. So, in the morning I drink fresh fruit smoothie which I make with cherries or sometimes I use berries, one banana and 2 tablespoon of flaxseed with a cup of skim milk. During lunch some veggies with steam rice and fish or meat. In the afternoon a orange or some grapes or whatever fruits or veggies(carrots, cucumber etc) I have. And for dinner whole wheat bread with veggies and fish or meat. Do you think I am getting enough amount of fiber and nutrients which can help me lose weight? BTW I don't eat any sugary stuff or plain sugar and drink lots of water.
