In your opinion, what is the best/fastest way to loose weight?
I've been on a diet for a little over a month now and I've lost 13lbs just by cutting out soda, junk, watching the portions I eat, drinking slim fast and eating healthy. I started my diet when I weighed 145lb. Now I "yo-yo" between 133-135lbs. My goal is to be 120-125lbs. Since I rarely ever exercise, is there any other things I could do to lose weight quicker? Or should I just continue to do what I'm doing? Are any diet pills reliable?

I fast walk 30 min a day down my road which has 2 hills, I do the 8min ab workout daily, I eat 2 starches, 3 fruits, 2 dairy, 2 veggies, 3 meats, 1 fat....all about under 1200 calories a day. And LOTS of water. Is there anything else I can do to lose weight quicker I have a Party I'm going to in June 9, 2007 and I want to lose as much weight as I can ASAP.
