Becoming bulimic for a while now. It seems that working out takes much too long for me to lose any weight and I end up not sticking to my work out plans anyway. I don't want to become bulimic but I want to lose weight, faster. So my question is, do any of you have any suggestions on how to stick to my work outs and diet plans?
