if I swim for 1hr and 45Min 5 days a week, and I also run on a tredmill at 5.2 mph with incline of 6, plus do ab, back, leg (inner and outter thigh) machines, and eat 1200-1500 calories a day, will I lose 20 pounds by sept. 18?
please help mee:( I am 120 lbs 14 and 5'2, and I really wanna be 100-105 by homecoming. I am a competative swimmer.
