Diabetes Type II and the Pancreas.?
My C-Peptide readings were normal when I was first diagnosed with Diabetes. Now my C-Peptide readings are low stating my pancreas isn't doing so well anymore. I had my doc check for GAD autoantibodies and insulin autoantibodies to be sure that my body wasn't attacking itself and it just turns out that my pancreas is tuckered out. How do I stimulate pancreas function to revive my pancreas? Are there any products that have been proven and peer reviewed to work? Does exercise and weight loss stimulate pancreas function? Any Ideas guys I am open for anything.

what could this be..?
im 18 and have been having my period since i was 12 and it has been pretty regular.my period for january was 1/11-1/15. i have medium heavy flow and i have sore breast before my period. late night on 1/27 i started spotting. (i didnt know if it was a period because i had my period for january already and i had no pms symptoms like my normal tender breast) the next day was still spotting. 1/29 spotting but then a small light flow not enough to feel a pad followed by brown discharge. same thing on the 1/30 and 1/31. its like a drop of blood comes out then old blood then later does it again. as of now it has stopped completely but now i have period like cramps and my back is killing me. ive been searching the web and everybody is sayin stress, pregnancy, exercise, and weight loss or gain can cause light bleeding. im not under any stress im happier than i could ever be. i highly doubt im pregnant and i am not gaining or losing weight. what caused this light bleeding and now these cramps and backache? im not pregnant because the last time i had unprotected sex was 1/9 but like i said i had my normal period 2 days later. then i had protected sex 1/16. im just really concerned it might be a health problem. should i go to the doctors?

15 years old, exercise and weight loss HELP NOW!?
Basically, im a 15 year old boy, about 5 foot 5 and I weigh 172lbs(78kg). I want to lose about 20kg(40lb's) and Im hoping to get that done by july 20th. I am going to eat serial for breakfast, maybe a cheese or chicken sandwich or 2 for lunch and for dinner, same thing as lunch or breakfast and some days I might skip dinner. Exercise: I will be doing 40 mins on the lateral thigh trainer every day, no exceptions http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lateral-Thigh-Trainer-Brenda-DyGraf/dp/B0000DIOA2 . so I need to lose 40 lbs in 5 months. about 18kg in 5 months(almost 3 stones) I can't do running or any outdoor activities for exercise, if i need to add anything onto this tell me, and finally HOW MUCH WEIGHT DO YOU THINK I WILL LOSE IF I DO THIS ONLY, AND DO WHAT YOU RECOMMEND? THANK YOU. no, im pretty sure if I lose 40lb's and become 132 lb's thats just about the right weight for me... thanks.

What do you consider deal breakers?
In getting married there are certain expectations that if not met can break "the deal". For example, you marry a guy and he turns out to be a drug using loser. Or you marry a guy and he turns out to be abusive. Or you marry a girl and turns out she likes to sleep around. If I married a losing weight and exercising girl who then gave up trying and added 120 pounds would you consider this a deal breaker? ( Yeah, I know it sounds like a bait and switch. Real me in with exercise and weight loss and then once she has me.....) What else would you consider a deal breaker?

I need some help with exercise and weight loss!!!?
is it possible to lose 20 pounds in two months?Is it possible ? Is two months enough time to see some kind of results by summer? At this point i am willing to dedicate the time to do so I am just looking for a plan. How much cardio and resistance training do i need to do to see results? I dont have a bad diet. No junk or fast food. I drink tons of water. My main problem is that i dont get enough sleep. And until recently i have been sick for a couple of months and just got the ok to start a program! Can anyone help me? I would like to say that i am no sick anymore...I just had a bad upper resperatory infection that i couldnt shake. Please dont send links for diet pills as i know they do not work....Do you actually think we would have a problem with obesity if diet pills worked? Do you think if they worked I would be asking for healthy suggestions> NO so if you have something helpful to suggest that would be great. I appreciate all the good answers to far! Keep them coming.
