I currently weigh 140 and want to get down to at least 125-128 in 8 weeks. Is it possible if I use my elliptical trainer every night for 30 min doing about 8.5-9 km on it. I plan on doing weights every other night and 200-300 crunches everyday. I plan on eating healthy . . .although I have a weakeness for chocolate, but i plan to be good as I want to lose weight and determined to do so.

I exercise regurlarly and i am starting to see some results in my arms and face and stomach. the one place i cannot see any results is my butt! i understand that some things we have are just genetic and they will always be, but dang it! i cant stand that the only place i keep all of my fat is my butt. how to i stop this? any suggestions welcome as long as they are mature!
