10 points to best answer! How to lose 5 pounds in a week?
The reason I want to lose like this is because of how unhealthy I am, and because in a few months I'm going out of state to see my family (parents and everything), so i want to look better than I did when I left. Soooo... Here is a little info on me: My age is 17, I weigh 220Ibs, my height is 5'6, and my body fat is 35%. (I know that because a trainer measured it) I don't have a trainer, but I do have a gym membership at Retro Fitness. I've seriously considered starving myself until i go there, but I know that that is very unhealthy and harmful, so i'm looking to see if there is anyone who can help me lose about 5 pounds a week (or more)? What are the best exercises for weight loss, how many calories I should be eating, and foods I should be eating to obtain this goal? Thank you in advance to anyone who answers this with respect. :] I'm more looking for tips, not a program. $20 a month for the gym is all i'm willing to spend on this. But all of your answers are appreciated and looked over, so thank you! :] Keep the answers coming. Also, @ Nina, is it really a free bottle, or is that some kind of catch? i currently weigh 6 stone 11lbs (around 43kg) and I am 5"5. i used to be bigger.. like 11 stone.. but i'm trying to get thinner for summer. i only eat 2 pieces of fresh fruit a day and exercise for 2 hours. what sort of exercise will maximize weight loss?
