Question regarding lipid tests - all numbers improve except HDL with diet,exercise and weight loss, any ideas?
After 3 months of diet and exercise - loss of 30 lbs, old #'s col - 207, triy - 111, HDL - 41, LDL 144, Ratio , 3.5 , VLDL 22 new #'s col - 173, triy - 76, HDL - 39, LDL 119, Ratio, 3.1 , VLDL 15 weight is 220, exercise appx 60-80 min a day, 7x a week HDL should have increased based on what I read with the exercise and weight loss, any idea's why HDL would decrease?

hey please help me.. ok ive got this workout DVD that i use to do last year..* i stopped cos i lost the wait i wanted to loss & i think ive put it back on again...& now i wanna start the exercises again..i cant keep motivated dunno why..& i just cant be bot herd with the whole diet thing anymore but i need to go back to my diet & exercise & loss weight for summer.. now my problem is now i find the Video boring & i get tried easily now.. help me..please i need some tips & encouragement.. thnx...x

Is it normal to get constant pain/tightness because of ab exercises? +loss of appetite?
ok so basically i decided to do this ab exercise at my dads house lol but iv'e got no idea what its called....but its basically lying back on the ground, then horizonatlly moving both knees toward the chest and then away, and then repeated like 10 times anyway then after i did it the next day my stomach just was constant pain...lol wasnt too bad though, i'd say about 5/10 on the pain scale but was just pain and tightness the whole day and also loss of appetite - i seriously didnt want not eat anything - ate breakfast, skipped lunch, then went to one of my dad's friends houses and he offered spagetti which i had to eat, and then only had a little bit but felt like throwing up...XD is this normal? i remember hearing someone saying if it hurts/feels tight then its working but is it supposed to last all day? how do i know the difference between its working or its bad?
