For those of you who have lost a lot of weight:?
I am 5'4 and on the verge of 170 lbs. I am overweight, quite a bit, I know. I had knee surgery about two years ago, and now my other knee is getting bad, so that limits my exercise options. Because of my heaviness, I find a lot of exercises very difficult.
My question for those of you who have overcome the same situation is this:
Could you recommend a good exercise routine for me? I have wii fit, a treadmill, weights, and punching bag, and an ab lounger. I am already on a good diet, but I need the exercise to lose weight quicker.
