Exercise, Losing weight, all that jazz kind of a question?
Okay I'm going to be joining the cross country team next year and I want to be ready for it. I weight about 121 as of before thanksgiving ;) I'm about 5 foot 2 or 3 fourteen years old and in ninth grade. how long, and intensely should i be running/working out a day to be about 108 (what my doc wants)? how much should i be eating a day? and honestly i will never be able to stop pigging out...also i really need motivational stuff... tips? the whole idea of motivation is a trap. forget motivation. just do it. take the class,study for that test, learn a new language, exercise,lose weight,test your blood sugar,or whatever. You must do the thing you know you need to do. Do it without motivation. Body Strength Exercise - Losing Weight?
Hello, I decided for the 2010 year that I was going to lose weight. I'm 16, 5'8, and bout 15 pounds over weight. Ive been doing a lot of body weight strength training such as push ups, squats, pull ups, sit ups, etc. I'm wondering if this, combined with healthy eating and plenty of sleep is enough. I do the training 4 days a week for about 20 minutes or so. Thanks in advance to all answers and constructive criticism.
