when to do exercise morning or evening?
i want to lose fat, most of the people are saying that morning is the right time to do exercise to lose weight. but if i do the exercise in evening the same amount of calories is going to be lost. then the advice given to me is to do it in the morning. can you please explain what is the advantages of doing exercise in the morning than evening.

If creatine monohydrate is beneficial to people who are exercising to lose weight...?
... then what about all that dextrose that creatine is packaged with? Almost all creatine supplements contains tons of dextrose. Dextrose = sugar = calories = FAT. I understand that increased muscle mass from working out causes us to burn more calories at rest; and I also understand that we're burning calories while we're working out. However, does that offset all the calories consumed by drinking all that dextrose with your creatine supplementation?
In other words, if I just ate an entire pan of brownies all by myself, say, 50,000 calories, and I took creatine, now I have to burn off all those brownies + the dextrose in the creatine. If I'm wrong, please explain it to me, Thanks!
NOTE TO PAUL BELOW: I did not say that creatine will help me lose weight. But it does help people who are doing serious weight training, and some of those people are trying to lose weight. Stuff like this makes me wonder why I even ask questions here....
SECOND NOTE: I took creatine for about 2 years in the late 1990's, so I know all of the effects. I am just asking a question about the dextrose. Please don't answer questions I did not ask. Thank you.
THIRD NOTE: (Oh geez...) Look at the ingredients on your container of creatine. It probably contains dextrose or some other type of sugar used as a transport.
