The major problem with a fast diet and fast dieting is the faster you lose weight the faster you will gain it back, if you do not have an exit strategy. Fast diets and fast dieting can be complicated with a lot of supplements that need to be taken at certain times of the day and strict schedules to follow but fast dieting is also nice because you get the diet over with more quickly. I would say that fast diets and fast dieting are not really doable if you have more than 20 lbs to lose. It is best for those who just want to drop 10 to 15 lbs. There is one exception to this guideline and we will discuss it later.

Can I lose weight by eating 1000-1500 calories and running for twenty minutes daily?
I am 5'1" and weigh about 116 right now. I am a female and I am looking to tone up. I'm not necessarily fat but I could definitely use some weight loss. Will 1000-1500 calories per day and at least 20 minutes of running help me lose weight? What kind of time frame would I be looking at? What is a good healthy fast diet?
Ok I know there is no magic diet. But what is the best food? The food that makes metabolism faster or help me lose weight faster I'm pretty young though. But I'm not aloud to walk around my neighborhood. I cant go to a gym either... I have an elliptical my mom lets me use.
