My friend and I have decided to go on a diet over the summer, she needs to loose 60 pounds, and i need to loose 40 pounds before school starts again( my last day of school was today) My mom is a veggietarian, so i thought it would be simple to start the Raw Food Diet for the duration of summer, but my friend is a mega meat eater so it wouldnt work for her any tips on fast fast fast weight loss for my friend? I really need to lose weight, i am a girl 15 and weigh 143. My bestfriend/ boy i kinda have a thing with is coming home from the airforce in two weeks and i really wanna look good when i see him, he always tells me i dont need to lose weight and im gorgeous enough as it is, but thats not good enough for me i want to look great. Id like to lose about 10 pounds before he gets here. Any good suggestions?? i dont want pills and all of that, just the good ol traditional ways?
