I have the chance to go on a dream vacation just never thought it was gonna ever work out, well it is. My best friend from years ago and I are gonna get together and whoop it up. My problem, I am overweight, and have been for some time. I guess my problem is I was waiting for the right incentive to lose weight - sounds pathetic, but my life is so dull and uneventful - never anything going on - I think I just quit caring.... Anyway, enough of that. The chance has come, and it may not present itself again. My problem quick weight loss - about 6 weeks I got. I know I cannot be in bikini shape, I know that, but I would like to lose about 45 pounds. This would make it possible to take me down to a size I could look fine in clothes again and be able to wear a bathing suite with a pair of shorts. Any ideas. This is so important and I need a way to do it. You see all the time where stars lose 50 pounds in a short period of time, etc. Anybody that has done this in a short period of time and had great results, please tell me how I can accomplish this and enjoy my dream vacation.

My friend is going to this debut thing its like Filipino quinceanera and she wants to loose some weight in a month...and personally i was thinking of getting hydroxycut so i told her to check it out but im a guy so it works differently...but is there better faster safer weight loss pills for my friend...and if there are any for me lol idk how much she wants to loose exactly but im 18 and 5'7' and weight 190 so not that much but at least want to be like 160 but with some muscle also i naturally have a wide chest for my height so i imagine that i have a natural build for muscle...but yeah so what pills would work better then hydroxycut for my friend and what would work good for me if i wanted to go from 180-160 and build muscle.
