Cardio Exercises


Cardiovascular exercises are known to be the best way to burn calories in the shortest time period. Some examples are swimming, jogging, biking and boxing. The idea is to increase the heart rate for a long period in order to put the body into a high calorie burning mode. This is a great way to make a calorie deficit for fat loss and should be done at least three times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
