Fasting vs. VLCD: which is better?
I am interested in losing the fastest amount of weight possible w/in the next 30 days. I would like to lose at least 30 pounds (starting out at 180)..so, which would be better for most effective weight loss..completely not eating, just fasting w/ juices or eating a very low calorie diet >700cal/day. I mean, honestly, if I could eat some food(VCLD) & lose just as much weight I would prefer that..Does anyone have any personal stories about fasting experiences or fast weight loss plans & exactly what you did? Most effective weight loss plan?
I need to lose some weight, about 30-40lbs. I need, not necessarily a fast weight loss plan, but an effective one. I want to be able to see results. I can't get out to a gym and I do not own a treadmill. I'm 15, 5'4, and about 165lbs. I really don't look fat, but i feel uncomfortable with myself, even though everyone says i'm not fat.
