i'm a 17-year-old female, 5'6, and 135 pounds. i just recently lost 50 pounds, and i've kind of hit a plateau in my weight loss. i still want to lose more weight, and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, in terms of both diet and exercise, about what i can do to boost my weight loss and lose the last pounds. i especially want to lose and tone my butt/thigh region and my stomach. i currently run 45 minutes a day, ride a stationary bike 25 minutes a day, and do weight lifting/rowing machine/crunches for about 45 minutes a day. i eat about 900-1200 calories a day. any suggestions? thanks!
