Ok, so I am going on vacation in 5 days. I am going to see so many of my friends, and so much family and I am for sure not looking my best right now. im getting serious about losing weight?
ive gained A TON of weight over the past few years. i just got engaged and that has motivated me to get my life in order. my wedding is in november 2012, so im not looking for a super fast weight loss trick. i want to be smart and be able to keep it off. i walk about a mile 4 times a week and do a dance workout video 3-4 times a week (i just started this) should i add anything to this? (i hate working out so i have to make myself do this)
also- i have a hard time with my eating. i take a green tea pill twice a day, but that doesnt seem to help. ive heard its best to eat 5-6 small meals a day... what exactly should i be eating? give me an example of times and the type of things i should be eating at those times. also, any other advice is greatly appreciated. i need to lose 75-100 lbs.
