Started juice fast, but it doesn't feel like a fast. Am I doing it right? Will I gain weight, I want to lose?
Since this morning I have had a large cup of carrot/apple, cantaloupe, and other juices every three hours. Is this too much? I want to shed pounds and I'm doing a 1 week fruit juice and some vegetable juice fast to lose weight. What is your reccomendation? Can I juice and drink fruit juice when ever I want, or do I have to make it hard? Tell me the times I should drink the juice during the day. I am limiting myself to 1000 calories because I need it, but I don't have that self control. Is juice pretty low calorie? Thanks!
