Muscle Weight Versus Fat Weight
Today thousands of women and men of every age are burning off body fat - not muscle weight versus fat weight. or water weight - and they're doing it naturally, without supplements, pills or "magic potions, " simply over using the proven, scientifically-accurate and common-sense advice found inside this amazing diet and fitness guidebook.
Tom Venuto, a respected fat loss expert, natural bodybuilder, and personal trainer, has not just pumped out yet another "muscle weight versus fat weight" into an already over-saturated market. Tom's Burn the Fat can be more accurately described as a "Fat Loss Bible." It is quite simply one of the most complete, detailed, and precise guides to fat loss you will ever read. What makes it so much uncommon than other weight loss publications on the market?
Well first of all, it's not a "muscle weight versus fat weight" program, it's a "fat" loss program. That should seem like semantics or wordplay at first, however once you've read just the first three chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing "weight loss" is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you've folded to reach and maintain your ideal body weight. Burn The Fat shows you precisely why it's fat you can lose, not "weight" (which includes muscle, water and other lean tissue) and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it.
Secondly, what makes Burn The Fat uncommon is the amount of attention that is paid to each and every element of successful, healthy, permanent fat loss. Burn The Fat not only thoroughly dispels the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding muscle weight versus fat weight, it is simply the most detailed book about fat loss ever written. By reading Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, (or better yet, "studying it"), you will learn more about fat loss than you could from an entire semester of nutrition classes or from an entire shelf of maintstream diet publications at your local bookstore.
Third, you should be wondering, "Is this a low carb diet? A high protein diet? A high fat diet? what type of program is it?" The truth is that Burn the Fat is neither a high protein diet, or a low carb diet. It breaks it down into muscle weight versus fat weight, plain and simple. You will be able to easily determine your own ideal protein, carbs and fats ratio. You will be able to compare your body type (are you an endomorph, ectomorph, or mesomorph?), you will determine your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate, or the amount of "maintenance" calories your body requires every day), and you will find out if you are carb tolerant or carb intolerant.
That personalized approach makes perfect sense because each of us is a unique individual and no two people are precisely alike in stipulations of body physiology and personal goals.

Best Workout Ideas for me?
I'm 6"2 and 280lbs. I need to lose weight. I despise cardio and prefer lifting. I understand I need to make cardio my religion. My goal is to get the best looking bod possible by summer to not be embarrassed to take my girlfriend to the beach.
Factors: With school and work I can only go to the gym 3 days a week (M/W/F) for about 2 and a half hours)
I don't need any specific 12 week plan (or other website tutorial bs) that I have to follow specifically. I know how to make good use of gym time I just want general ideas on what I can do to achieve both fat/ weight loss and muscle/ strength gain.
Thanks!
im 20 btw

How to use the treadmill effectively for fat/weight loss?
I have been using the treadmill for the past several weeks on regural basis.
I complete 7 miles by power walking and jogging. My speed is between 4 to 6 miles per hour. It takes me about 90 minutes to complete the 7 miles. If I am power walking I use 2 pound hand weights for resistance.
I stretch before and after the workout.
However, I am not sure if I am using the treadmill effectively for fat/weight loss. I would like to loose about 25lbs.
What is the most effective way to use the treadmill for weight loss?
Thank you in advance.

Training for Army Infantry: Questions?
I've just been doing some running, pushups, dips, and various core exercises to get prepared not only for the Army Infantry, but also to cut body fat/weight. I'm curious where I should go from here? I keep hearing that I should lift a little to gain some strength in certain arts of my body, so I actually started dead lifting and squatting the other day.
Any advice?

How to put on fat weight fast?
Basically I have managed to down from 80 kg to 55kg within a year and a half due to an unknown stomach problem, which still hasn't been figured out, it stops me from eating because as soon as I eat pretty much anything I feel very sick so I without actually realising I'm doing it, try to eat as less as possible, I have been trying to eat as much as I physically can but I can't seem to put any weight on what so ever, I have cereal in the morning try to have some lunch for example a sandwich or so, I try my hardest to have a dinner of some sort and a bit of a snack before bed, but however much I eat I simply can't get above the 58 kg mark, I used to put on weight without a problem probably too quickly and hated it then my stomach started to hurt constant cramps and feeling sick after and while I eat now I have lost all that weight and can't put anything on becoming very unstable always ill immune system is totally wiped out, really need help!
Thanks you for the answers in advance!

How do I gain some weight easily?
I'm a sophmore in highschool and I'm not even 90 pounds yet. I'm not looking for any muscle weight or anything. I'm not trying to be like a Serena Williams either. I just keep being called anorexic and bony and ugly because I'm skinny. People always say that everyone wants to be skinny but not THIS skinny. Nobody understands the amount of teasing and stress I go through because of this. I just want to be treated like everyone else. So therefore... I don't want any "stay the way you are" advice. I just want to know how to gain fat/weight. I'm tired of being the outcast because media's new look on the world is the bigger the better and I'm the total opposite. I wish everyone big or small could be accepted in life but unfortunately that's not the case. So please help me. thanks.
oh yeah n i forgot 2 say that I already eat a lot of junk food and it doesnt help. and i cant drink caffiene, eat pork, shrimp, lobster, duck, and some certain types of fish.
