Eat raw food lose weight?
I have been eating alot of raw food and I love it. So I am just wondering will I turn into a twig by eating raw food. I eat 6 raw meals a day. This includes fruits and vegetables. It's mainly cabbage, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, grapefruit, honey dew melon, mangoes, strawberries, carrots, and blended juices from veggies and fruit. If I continue to eat like this and didn't exercise much either will the weight fall off? I mean what will happen to me?

Ok, so after putting on 20lb during my first year of college, I got a personal trainer and lost it withen a few months. Well I realized that I started to gain some of it back with the start of this year, so Ive been working like crazy (an hour of cardio 5x a wk) and strength training, and so far have lost about 6lb (exactly what I gained). I love food and find it very hard to not eat, so sometimes (like once a month) I binge and then throw up. Im terrified of getting heavy again. I am constantly thinking about food, losing weight and calories throughout the day. Im actually obsessed with the concept of being thin. Im 5'6 and weigh 120 but I keep seeing fat when I look in the mirror. I dont starve myself but i cant stop thinking or obsessing about getting thinner! help! I just want to clarify that im not trying to be the girl who is 120 lb and declares that shes so fat, I dont think im fat, I just think theres still work to be done.
