I really need weight loss help!?!?!?!?
Ok, well I'm a girl and I'm 15. Basically, I am:
Short! 5 feet 1 1/2 inches exactly
about 245 pounds (more or less)
Measurements (I think these are about right)
Bust - 42 in.
Waist - about 46 inches
Hips - also about 46 inches (with jeans on)
I really need to lose weight, I know. I have asthma (not from the weight surprisingly, from allergies) and really bad allergies, so I can't exercise outside or in cold weather without having an attack. So...basically I'm kinda out of options now except to be a couch potato, which I really hate! I became overweight because of my asthma and the fact that during a lot of the year, I can't go outside without having an attack, so I stayed inside and watched TV.
I'm trying to change myself to be more healthy, but I can't! What are some easy exercises that I can do inside in very limited space? I have a Wii with Wii Sports, and I play that, but I don't think that counts. Other than that, I have absolutly no equipment and no money to buy anything. So, I can't pay for a diet plan or a fitness club or something, otherwise I would have already done it.
I really, really, REALLY want to be able to wear clothes from Hollister, American Eagle, and Aeropostale. I have a few Aeropostale clothes that are the biggest size possible (XL and XXL) and they still don't fit! My goal is to be able to at least wear the clothes that I have from Aeropostale. I would love it if I could shop at Hollister, even if I have to get the biggest size.
Basically, I want to be healthy, not ugly, and be able to wear normal clothes. (I'm not trying to lose weight just for Hollister clothes, but that's a major perk!)
I know about all the diet and exercise stuff, but that doesn't work for me! I heard about an anorexic diet, and it looks like a good idea (http://howtobecomeanorexic.org/) I mean, come on! Anorexics are like super skinny! I don't want to be that skinny, I just want to be normal! Does it work to eat like just foods that are negative calorie foods to lose weight? Please help! I'm tired of being fat!!!!!!!!!!
NOTE: I DO NOT mean that I want to be anorexic! I mean I want to do the anorexic diet, which is where you eat negative calorie foods and stuff. I want to know if that works!

13 years old, is there any way to contour cheekbones or lose face fat? Please help! (Pictures included)?
I'm in middle school currently and I'm trying to find confidence in myself despite my current..."situation" in life right now. I have always had a round face but I never really cared much about it until looks started to matter in school. Almost everyone - even my friends- tell me that I would be so gorgeous if my face was just thinner. It makes me feel horrible and fat when people make fun of me for it, and it sucks. If you know any excercises, tricks, or even foods to lose weight from your face besides surgery PLEASE tell me! And if you know how to contour face with make-up, that would be awesome too. I use contouring blush, but I really don't know exactly how to apply right because it only helps the tiniest amount. Here's a few pictures of my face if it would be helpful:

Advice on cutting out 'unhealthy' food to lose weight?
Hi, So there last week I started a diet (similar to the 17 Day diet), it cut out all processed food, besides unsweetened plain yogurt, and sugars, except from the natural sugars in fruit.
On day three I nearly fainted. Mind you, I ate a lot of vegetables and chickpeas and etc..
Advice?
I got pretty nervous, and I started to cry. I do not want to go through that again!
I am not overweight, I just want to be healthier.
I do not eat a lot of junk food anyway, haven't eaten Mcdonald's hamburger in years, chocolate is my weakness though
