EATING 500 CALORIES A DAY?? HELP?
know you lsoe weight eating 1000 cals a day. i know anything below that is dangerous. i eat about 500 cals a day and three days a week i binge. and sometimes purge. and i compulsively exercise (400-600 calories burned) on days i starve. on days i binge i dont move. i cant move. i keep screwing up my body . i know i have a weird messed up eating disorder. id like to start eating more like 1200 calories but im scared to gain ever more weight. i am just BARELLYYY maintaining my weight doing this. its horrible. im scared that: 1) m body is in starvation mode already so ill gain even more wieght 2) ill gain weight 3) ill binge and gain weight 4) ILL GAIN MORE WEIGHT i have this unrealistic fear of gaining weight. i cant even eat 100 claories above my limit. im so scared. its not fair i never chose this path for myself it worked out this way. please, someone help me. my parents refuse to give me help because im still "fat" and my friend doesnt care, my school has no good guidance counselors or teacher i can talk to. im all alone. i really am. i just want to lsoe like 20 pounds and be happy. i dont know what to do anymore. please help.
