Eating Problem (A bit long)?
So in about 7th grade i wanted to lose 30 pounds, so I did by hardly eating anything and biking about 3 hours a day. I only ate about 500 calories at the most. When I finally did lose the weight I was really proud of myself and stuck to maintaining the weight for a few months, but then one day I decided to eat one thing out of my diet, like a simple piece of cake, and from there I just ate everything all the time and gained all the weight back. I felt so bad about it and gross, especially since both my sisters are nice and skinny and I used to be able to wear the same sizes as them. I've tried so many times to get back on a diet only to fail after about a week or even less. Just last month I lost about 15 pounds and I was really feeling like I could make it all the way then I slipped up again and gained it all back. I don't know why, but I just crave stuff and feel like I have to eat everything Im thinking about! Its the worst when I get home from school and I'm just simply ravenous! Everyday i'm trying to get onto a diet just to be drawn in again. I can't control myself and its so disgusting, I hate myself for it. I don't know how to stop craving all these foods and how to be able to eat them AFTER a diet without having to gorge myself. I'd hire a personal trainer or something, but its too much with high school for me to do both. I've tried making healthy diet plans and routines to stick too, but I can't! And I really think I'm having a hard time with this because of the low amount of calories I ate when dieting the first time in 7th grade. But also, when I do get onto a diet, I feel like I have other effective way to do it then to eat only 1 time a day, because my past experiences. I've had these problems for about 2 years now, and it's driving me crazy and I want to cry because I feel so bad about myself. Can I please have some help?

Could anyone recommend a good diet plan for me plz?
Hi am looking for a diet plan to stick to,iv been training in the gym for 4months now 6days a week,day one i do back and triceps with 30mins cardio,day two is shoulders and abs,day three is biceps and triceps with 30min cardio. day four is legs and thighs and abs, then days five is chest and back and day six is just a mix of what i feel i need to train on more that week with 30min cardio.
I have a protein bar after every gym session, and eat plenty of beans and eggs for lunch but am getting bored of the same stuff and would like a nice healthy diet plan to stick to that will help me tone up faster.
I am 5ft 5in weight is spot on 9stone

i go to the gym and swim as often as i can but i don't seem to be loosing much i want to eat healthy but i don't like many food i lie alot of chicken( i know that's good cooked in the right way), pasta bread alot of carbs i don't like many veg and fruit i want to get healthy but idon't know how to cook meals that i will like and be healthy but they HAVE TO BE CHEAP! my mumdoesn'tt have alot of money so please help!

How to loose weight properly?
I'm obese and I need help. My BMI is 32.2 and...I just need to loose weight properly. No drugs, protein bars, just pure exercise and proper diet. Problem is i dont know how much exercise I need to loose weight in 6 months.
