Living For A Change Through A Healthy Diet Weight Loss
Healthy diet weight loss can be a life changing experience if done with determination and a clear mind. The first thing to realise is that a permanent weight loss is not about how fast you lose the weight or following a diet that you will break after two days, it is about change in the way you live and making changes in the nutrition and the exercise pattern you follow. Another consideration is if you can permanently eat and stick to that diet. Healthy diets must immediately teach you how to make informed decisions on nutrition and ultimately should not leave reliant on snacks or any food that can be used to substitute any other foods. As exercise is an important part of healthy diet weight loss, a program must be accompanied by an exercise regime.
Before one attempts to even follow a diet program, a clear psychological mindset is vital to achieve the best result in a set period of time. The second is stop following these four day lose twenty kilos diets, how fast you lose weight is how fast you gain it all back, with a little extra. These diets only encourage severe starvation and consumption of unusually low calories of healthy food which leads to anorexia. Another is to establish the difference between a healthy diet weght loss program and a weight loss program. A healthy diet weight loss program helps you lose and maintain a healthy weght after a while of following it with self discipline but weight loss program ensures you lose weight quickly but gain it.
Having discovered that food is actually a good way to achieve long term weight loss. One has to realise adding food to a program is tricky, others can choose to add unhealthy foods causing more weight gain at a faster pace. Eating right and at the same times everyday accelerates the rate at which the body burns fat, increasing the body's metabolism and not destroying it.
Healthy diet weight loss is vital if one suffers from obesity. Imagine, not for health reasons you are walking down the streets and you pass a kid who points at you and says ‘look at that fat lady, she's snoring.' But you are only struggling to breathe and if only she knew how many weght loss programs you have tried to follow. That child is the least of your problems; your health gets to critically bad condition. With obesity breathing is hard, high blood pressure, and cholesterol levels increase which leads to chronic heart disease.
Eating properly is the only way to maintain a healthy weight, but this doesn't mean that for the rest of your life you have to ditch eating a chocolate or other indulgence foods. You'll find as your weight loss progresses, they maybe added but in small quantities. Just remember to make your weight loss goals realistic, stay motivated, and remember not to entirely focus on the weight loss speed, to take your time and to measure your progress.

What's the healthiest diet/weight loss regimen I can put myself on without tiring of it?
I am 300lb., 5'8". I asked the doctor once he said I could get down to about 225 or a little more based on my frame. I tried losing but I always seem to gain more than I lose. I always go back to my sweet tooth also. I tired of the treadmill. I did it for about 3 wks though. It's like sometimes my life is so stressful that I always fall back onto bad habits. How do I break that cycle and get some discipline?

Does diet soda alone make you fat?
I've been doing research on this question for almost a year now and I would just like some resourceful opinions.
I realize that diet soda has proven to increase appetite and do all sorts of things to your body that would make you want to eat more food yada yada yada...
But what I am wondering is this: Can it, ON IT'S OWN, make you gain weight? As long as you don't eat fatty foods just because the diet soda made you crave them.
In simple, which equation is more accurate?
(A) Diet Soda + Healthy Diet = Weight Loss
(B) Diet Soda + Healthy Diet = Weight Gain
The only thing that made the rats gain weight (in the testing for diet products) was the fact that they ate more food. If you took food completely out of the equation and just had Diet Soda, would it, alone, help you lose weight, or just make you put weight on?
Thank you in advance!
