how to tone my belly?
right i am 18, i dont and will not go to a gym so dont even suggest this idea, when you are a kid you have this belly fat that you grow out of mine is like this, i used to be a regular exerciser but i no longer wanted to do these things as i had grown out of doning them. I walk 2.8 miles 4 days a week but this doesn't help what so ever i am on a rather healthy diet but i have not lost any weight in a long time i am just putting on weight! I am sirouse about doing this as i have looked back at photos and realised that i am not this slob that looks pregnat all the time i am a skinny girl that wants to look her best for herself no one else!!!! PLEASE HELP!!! sorry for spelling mistakes :P

Having trouble talking to my parents?
In my parents eyes, they see me as a good kid, with a bright future and what not... Not disagreeing with a bright future, but I have done things that if they knew of, I'd get beat. I've smoked marijuana, drank alcohol, experienced sexual activities with girls and stuff but they don't know anything of it. I have no courage what so ever to talk to them about it only because im scared of the reaction. My parents feel like they know whats best and know everything I do, but they put alot of pressure on me to do great things but I can't handle it so I go to marijuana and it takes my stress away. Im not overweight, I play sports, and I maintain a somewhat healthy diet. I just can't explain to them how my life exactly is... Im not sure what to do, I fear if this continues it might built up and amount to something really bad, I just need some answers.... I also have a brother who is 8 years old than I am, He's done the worst of worst... I have a maintained 80+ percent avg. at school and I have never gotten into any sort of legal trouble, whereas my brother is terrible. didn't finish school, lost his license at 17 and so on...

Build me a diet and exercise plan...?
Hello, what I am asking for will take a lot of thought to conjure up. I want you to use your exercise and dieting experience to build me an excercise and diet plan. I know the main thing, NO CARBS. I will write down all the information about me and what exercise equipment I have. There is a lot to read, so please read it all in order to help me, this is a serious situation. My body and me: - I weigh 300 pounds. - I am 5' 9''. - I am a male. - I used to play a lot of rugby when I was younger, and I am naturally "stocky", so I carry a lot of muscle on my shoulders, neck, back, quads and calfs. - I mainly have fat around my chest, stomach and at the back of my legs. - I lack willpower, so I need advice on how to keep going. - I find it impossible to do any jogging or running right now, I am too heavy. My ankles and knees become extremely painful, however, if I lost 50 pounds and gained some fitness, I could start jogging. What exercise equipment is in my house: - Indoor cycle-bike. - Dumbells. - Sit-up apparatus. - Treadmill (but you can't weigh more than 230 pounds to use it) - Exercise ball (but you can't weigh more than 230 pounds to use it) - Small plastic dumbell weights. - Weightlifting gym. - Purchasing a rowing machine next week. What I want to achieve: - Lose 120 pounds (Could I achieve this in 8 months?) - Lose "man boobs" I have. - Become healthier. Diet: What times should I eat? How many meals per day? Cheapest method to purchase food? I live in the UK. I honestly, hate vegetables, I can stand some such as brocolli, sweetcorn, peas. I like fruit, can eat everything fruitwise. I drink a lot of diet pepsi, should I stop this immediately? I just really want to lose a little weight before I am 18 which is in June, and lose 120 pounds by Christmas. I am sick of my weight now, I want to be able to buy clothes that fit me, I want a woman in my life who will find me attractive, I want to feel more confident and I want to be more healthy. I think I can hold out of the willpower, the only problem is purchasing the food, my parents are tight on cash and I can't afford spending half my pay cheque on food. I work 9-6pm on Mon-Fri, so I do not have much of a time zone to workout. Please help me with a regime, any other advice is welcome. Thanks.

Question about constipation?
So this has basically been going on for about 3 weeks now, where I'll go through about a week of constipation, a day of being normal then back to being constipated. I always feel like I have to go, but I just can't and I'm now getting extremely bad stomach pains and gas but I just can't poop. I took a laxative 2 weeks ago, it worked once but after that I was back to not being able to go. Im seriously miserable throughout the day because I constantly feel like I need to go but I can't. I eat a healthy diet, drink lots of water, and workout almost daily. I've also had a consistent pain in my left side. What can I do to fix this? will a suppository help and will it make me be regular again for good after using it? HELP

Question about working out and cellulite?
I'm a 17 year old female. I'm trying to get a better shape to my body. I've finally accepted that I'm pear shaped and I can't physically change my bone structure. Now, I run. I jog 5-6 miles Saturday and Sunday while running 1-2 miles every monday, wednesday and friday. (I try to stick to this but sometimes..I don't) My problem is cellulite on the back of my upper thighs, it's unattractive and..probably unhealthy. What can I do to reduce this? I searched online but it gave me a million different things. It's mostly my upper things and butt. Any exercises? Eating habits? I have a generally healthy diet. But I am seventeen and sometimes I do enjoy cake and chocolate and all the bad stuff. I really don't want to cut that but if i have to, I will. Any suggestions on reducing cellulite? Something that maybe has worked for you?
