What are some good ideas for a healthy weight loss breakfast?
I am getting back on the horse after a horrific health ordeal that I went through recently that really opened my eyes to our health in general. I am only 23 and really need to exercise more. I am not overweight, but have shortness of breath and occasionally a pain in my abdomen which is do to a slightly fatty liver. What can I do to get me goin in the morning and get de-fatitize myself? LOL

How does today's meal plan sound?
How does this sound for a day on my journey to healthy weight loss? Breakfast: 330 cals, 44g carbs, 36g protein 1/3 cup fresh blackberries 1 cup fresh strawberries 1 whole orange 1 cup skim milk 1 oz whey protein Snack: 420 calories, 28g carbs, 24g protein 2 oz. almonds 1 cup rasberries 1 low carb high protein yogurt Lunch: 440 calories, 24g carbs, 55g protein 4 oz. smoked salmon 3 tbsp nonfat cream cheese 1 low carb, high fiber tortilla 4 celery stalks snack: 100 calories, 14g carbs, 9g protein 1 cup skim milk Sugar free pudding mix Dinner: 380 calories, 44g carbs, 41g protein 2 cups leafy greens 2 carrots 2 celery stalks 1/2 cup beans 2 eggs lowfat dressing All of this comes out to be about 1700 cals, rounded up a little. Plus 40 minutes of walking at 4 mph 20 mins intervals, alternating between 1 min at 7 mph and 1 min at 4 mph If necessary, I'm a 16 year old female, 5'7" and about 142 lbs. :] It's not specifically a detox plan.. Should I add more grains? And come on, hehe.. can't a girl have a little pudding? That was my treat for the day

Is whole oatmeal with fruit a healthy weight-loss breakfast?
i am on a diet n started excercising but found out eggs arent that great in diets so i switched to 1/2 cup of whole oatmeal w fruit for breakfast after my morning jogs. is that healthy for weight loss or is it too much? <3 thanks a mil!

Is this a good breakfast?
Today for breakfast I had a bowl of plain porridge oats with skimmed milk, topped with one chopped apple and 1 chopped brazil nut. I also drank a mug of green tea with no milk. Was this a good healthy weight loss breakfast? Also, is innocent smoothie good for you? Because I sometimes have that in the morning as well. :)

Is this a healthy weight loss breakfast?
Every morning I take a small-medium appl, 1 medium banana and 1 full tablespoon (actual spoon, not measuring spoon) of Skippy super crunch peanut butter. Now is this going to help me lose weight? Is it a good choice. It keeps me full through the day though. I do eat lunch and dinner lol + 1 snack
