I'm aiming to lose weight, but my weight tends to fluctuate. Anyway, I want to lose weight, but at a healthy pace. I mean, is 5 pounds a week good or should I move the focus area? I need a healthy weight loss pace, not just the most. Thanks:) Okay, I'm not asking HOW to lose weight, though it would be nice to get some healthy suggestions. I'm not joining a diet food system or anything and I'm not taking a damn stupid acai berry or any crap like that so send your spam elsewhere. BTW, I'm currently at 183 but I'm about 5'8" and my body hides it well with my DDs & big booty ;D
