so i am 14 years old(female) i weight just under112 lbs and i am 65 inches...is that overweight??
i really don't like how i look and i really want to loose some weight...i am using very unhealthy measures right now and i want some ideas on healthier weight loss techniques...i allways get comments like "wow your so skinny" but i do not feel that way..so help me out peeps

Is it bad for your heart to lose weight quickly?
Pretty simple question. Note that I have an extremely healthy diet, as I am vegan. But hypothetically, if I was to lose weight at a fast rate, would it do a number on my heart? Don't talk about healthy weight loss techniques, etc, just stick to the question please. Thanks for your help.
