What would happen if I only lifted weights and never did cardio?
Lets assume I was on a healthy well balanced diet and restricted my caloric intake so I could loose weight. What would happen if I vigorously weight trained but never did any cardio. Could I achieve significant weight loss? I realize that cardio is important but couldn't I achieve healthy weight loss without it?
