Learn How To Lose Weight Effectively
Learning how to lose weight effectively is not an easy task for most people. Most people say they are going to lose weight, but end up procrastinating. However, first off, losing weight starts in your head. If you don't put it in your mind about what you are going to do, you will never do it. You have to really make up your mind, and if it helps, get excited about the things that are about to happen. I know before I lost weight, I would procrastinate for months, then one New Year's Eve, I finally decided to do it…starting January the 28th. When that date came around, I actually started, I was surprised by myself. When it comes to dieting (which is a life long thing), you need to learn how your body works. So, how does your body work?
Well, I do not know about all bodies, but I do know about my body and myself. For instance, I like fruits and vegetables. So it is not hard for me to get my daily in take of fruits. Of course though, all bodies respond well to fruits and vegetables, not to mention, I believe all healthy bodies respond to water, too. However, if you have not started your weight loss process, or you are still in the process of losing weight, I have a question for you. Have you ever done a detox? Doing a detox is one of the best ways to learn how your body loses weight, and what you can and cannot do. Doing a detox requires:
• At least 7 to 9 days
• No sodas or juices (you can drink teas, but watch your sugar intake)
• No meat
• No more than two eggs a day
• You can eat cereals, but watch carbs and sugar intake
• You can have only a cup of brown rice a day
• No more than skim or 2% milk
• You can eat all the vegetables and fruits you want
• Exercise for at least 30- 45 mins.
If you follow those steps, you will be doing a detox. By the end of those seven to nine days, you should have lost seven - ten pounds (some people have lost more). Remember to do strengthening and toning to add and tone your muscles. For example, if you want your chest to stay in shape, or to get better, tone and exercise them. All so, if you do not want to get stretch marks, or more stretch marks, remember to moisturize your whole body at least three times a day. If you cannot do it three times a day, then do it after your shower, and before you go to bed (drink plenty of water). This should keep your skin flexible. If you want exercises to do, try belly dancing, Billy Blank's Tae Bo, or (if you have it) Play Station's 2 DDR (Dance Dance Revolution).
