Ok I'm trying to lose body fat because I'm pretty buff-looking (wide shoulders, masculine muscular looking thighs ), and that's not attractive for a girl.
I've been doing an average 300-400 jumping jacks a day, but just recently I've had muscle soreness on my calves and upper arms. It lasted for about 2 and half days. I'm worrying that this muscle soreness is actually making my body gain muscles, which I do not want. I'm trying to lose body fat and hopefully making my body toned. I think in the past, I had no clue about exercising so I just did whatever, thus creating muscles over fat ---> buff-looking body >.>

How come I'm not losing any body fat?
I have been running for about a week and a half. I run 1.5 miles (takes me about 25 minutes because I take a total of 5 minutes walking between runs and also as part of my cool down). I lift 25 pound weights (10 reps, about 7-10 sets). I eat tons of fruit, lots of salad too with no dressing and I do not lose any body fat. I do sweat a lot when excercising and I lose at the least 200 calories per run. I eat no junk food anymore, I always drink water (4 bottles a day) instead of soda and I always turn down desserts. If you can please tell me why I'm not losing any fat would be great, and if you can give me tips on how to lose body fat that would be even greater :)
