Why does everyone think they are fat?
I've been sitting here for the last couple minutes, reading health and fitness and I"m amazed at the sheer number of people who are posting questions. They are all diet related, how to lose weight fast, diet pills or shakes, gyms, and exercises. When did we put such an emphasis on weight and numbers? What happened with being happy with who you are as a person? Why does everyone think they are fat when most people aren't? As for me, I'm 5'1" and 118 lbs and happy. Anyone wants to call me fat, email me and go ahead. I know who I am and it's not related to the numbers on the scale. I don't think people realize there are other ways to feel better about yourself than weight. I like to volunteer at an animal shelter when I have low moments. Getting something off my todo list always feels good to, especially if you have something to show for it

Can anyone give me ideas on how to lose weight fast?! diet and excersize plans?!?
i'm 19 and 120lbs (i'm 5'5 tall). and i want to get to 110 lbs. i can't get to a gym cuz i have no car but i have a tredmill at home. i go to school monday-thru until 12:15 and then i work 2 to 9:30. at my job i walk constantly around the store helping customers...but i work friday and saturday too. so how am i supposed to excersize and what should i eat?
