How to Lose Weight in a Week at Home


If you've ever wondered how to lose weight in a week at home, I'll tell you one of two things, you most certainly need either a strict diet or strenuous exercise. All you need is to make simple lifestyle changes and attain a fit and healthy body. Here are a few points that you must incorporate in your daily activities:


**Try and wake up a little earlier than usual every morning and go for a brisk walk for 30 minutes. If it's not possible to do so in the morning then feel free to do it at any other time. Ensure to leave a one hour or two hour gap between your last meal and the walk. You just have to walk briskly but not over strain yourself.


**Eat a healthy breakfast, and be sure to never skip this meal. Include a cereal like oats, fruits, and a glass of milk, avoiding tea or coffee. Keep the breakfast as healthy as possible.


**Lunch should be a balanced one. Eat just enough as to not feel hungry. Include green vegetables and anything else that you like in moderate quantity. Stay away from fried or oily food.


**If during any part of day you feel hungry, have a small snack.


**Have lots of water throughout the day, at least 2 liters in a day.


**Dinner. This is a very important component of the whole weight loss regimen if you are thinking about how to lose weight in a week at home. Dinner should ideally consist of only salad and fruits. This may be tough but it is important and makes all the difference. Eat your dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed. One should never go to bed with a full stomach.


It is highly recommended that you consume minimal alcohol, tea or coffee. Have green tea instead. Follow this schedule for a week and once you start feeling a difference, it will motivate you to continue and lose more weight.
