How to lose weight, quick and healthy?
It looks like I have a baby bump(but it's just fat!) I am not THAT big, all the rest of my body is slim. But I can't get rid of this disgusting lump!(not that my efforts were very good) Any good suggestions about how I can lose this wait in a little time as possible? I don't have exercise equipment to work with, but I am open to try healthier new foods. Even those miracle foods, if they worked for you. But I am sure with persistance, I can be thin in two weeks... I just need a plan!

Trying to lose weight....please help!!?
Im 16, 5'8, weigh 186 pounds(ghastly I know) and I go to the gym everyday. Now i know im overweight but im a bit happy because when I started working out a month ago i weighed 200 pounds. :D Now im starting to slow down so I need diets or ideas on how to lose weight quick and healthy. btw I also workout with weights so im not sure how much fat and how much muscle i have. right now I Drink a muscle milk shake in the morning, eat either a chicken or fish salad with light dressings and usually something else then another muscle milk after my workouts. I reach about 1000 calories a day. Is that bad? but please help me!!!
