What are some ways you guys lose/lost weight? (specifically diet)?
I hopped around for a long and i mean LONG time trying to figure out how to lose weight quicker. I plateaued for around 3 months and finally can manage to lose weight now im curios what you guys have done basically what makes sense to me is when everyone says eat 5 small meals a day i figure just eat 5 meals of around 400 calories and youll total at your goal. Weight loss has never been easier of course this is with my 5 day a week 1 hour treadmill speed walk but still. Who really has the time to count calories just go for about. I couldn't get portion control down untill i started shooting for 5 meals of around 400 calories and i never graze or eat past 8:00 (and i watch what i eat of course). Im now never hungry and losing weight pretty well but do you guys have a better or easier way, not that my way is hard im just wondering what tricks you all use.
