I have put this off because of one reason, I was under the impression that muscle goes first when fasting. This proved untrue. So, I've decided to give this a go

I'm a 17 year old guy with a ton of muscle (usually I'm very modest, but now is not the time!) I was gonna do this to get rid of the leftover fat from my fatter years. I have dieted and exercised for 2 years, and nothing, except some muscle, lol.
