I'm at the end of my rope... how do I stop the binge/ purge cycle?
I used to eat really, really healthy. I wanted to lose weight about a year ago, and I did so successfully. Then I kept going and got underweight. I decided I needed to gain, but was having trouble. Then, in November, we started our family christmas baking (we do so ahead of time and freeze it). I couldn't stop myself from the cookie dough. I thought "I'm underweight, it can't be so bad, it will help me gain." I moved on to cereal out of the box, ice cream, and chocolate chips as well. I never used to purge it up, I think that started in early December.
I bake a lot for charity bake sales, my family, etc. It's something I enjoy doing, but I can never stop myself from binging.
Even if I don't bake, there is always something to binge on. I hate it. I've gained a lot of weight too. My pants are too tight, one of my rings won't fit, some of my sleeves are tight.. (most of these were too big when I was underweight). I just want to lose 5-8 lbs and be happy with my body again. It was at that weight that I could see my abs, but I didn't look like a sick skeleton.
I can be perfectly fine around others. I pack healthy lunches for school, eat a great breakfast, make a super healthy dinner, and have a healthy snack after school. It's in between that's the problem. I started planning my calories for the day, and putting a granola bar in there that I leave in the cupboard and pick at when I feel like grabbing stuff and shoving it in my face.
I just finished a binge on brownie batter. I was more in control than normal, but I still tried to purge it up (and was unsuccessful, I started seeing my lunch and didn't want to lose the healthy stuff).
I can cut out my planned dessert, some of my snack, and 100 calories from dinner, so I'll be a little better, but this doesn't solve the binging problem.
I work out 6x a week for 20-40 minutes. Based on my calculations I can be at the perfect weight by mid March if I can STOP BINGING!I'm getting better about the purging. If the binging could stop, the purging could too.
I just want to know how. This has been happening for what feels like an eternity. Every time I feel that gross, full, sick feeling in my stomach makes me want to cry. How do I control myself better?

i want to lose weight quickly.?
i am 17 years old, and i way just over 100 and some pounds. i started taking birth control in the 8th grade for my ovary disease and it effected my hormones and made my hips really wide and puberty hit early. now since i have wide hips fat just accumulates on top. i want to lose weight before prom, spring break, and summer. please help

I want to lose weight and tone up FAST?
My prom is next month (March 24).
I am not fat, I'm generally "normal" but I have alot of extra fat on my thighs and stomach! And some on my upper body. I plan to run, bike, do cardio for the weight loss.
But toning up is my problem! My arms are kinda flabby! I want to tone my body up and speed up results!
What are the best options? And I'll diet too. This is not really for prom, I generally wanted to change my diet and exercise for a long time, but now with prom approaching I need to speed up!!!
