Okay, i'm 16 and i want to lose some weight. i made this meal plan, and i don't know if it will work to make me loose weight. so tell me, is this good? what would you add or change to make me loose weight faster? oh yea, i also have fitness class next semester so i will be working out Monday to Friday, for an hour and a bit. plus i work out Mondays after school and Wednesdays after school.
Breakfast- Oatmeal with apples. and a glass of orange juice
Snack- Half an English muffin with jam, and a tea
Lunch- A Cesar salad (lettuce, light dressing, croutons, and sometimes bacon) and a chocolate milk
Snack- The other half of the English muffin with jam
Dinner- A small salad without dressing, and chicken wrap
Is this good? will i lose weight? and if you have any tips they would be greatly appreciated :)
