How can I get my period back?
I used to be 120 pounds and I played soccer, then i lost 20 pounds after working out and eating less and I stopped having my period. I have gained back 10 pounds, and probably eat around 2500 calories a day at 5'2''. I am very active. I play soccer three times a week, go on runs, and weight lift 1-2 times/week.

How to lose 20 pounds of fat in 1-2 months?
I am 14 years old, female and am 5 ft 7inch and weighs about 160 pounds. What type of foods should i eat, how many calories a day and how many minutes should i exercise (cycle) each day? I used to eat around 2500 calories this includes the binge eating after school (chocolate, cake, peanuts etc) This is probably the only reason for me being overweight, and i know it should stop. Also, any ideas about how to stop these mini binge eating outbreaks??? Thanks !!

Is it healthy to do this?
I am trying to lose about 20 pounds right now and my eating schedule is very messed up...Before school, I always buy a coffee for breakfast...and Americano with no cream and 3 shots....so I pretty much skip an actual breakfast.
For lunch, I tend to eat a lot...Like around 600 calories. After school, I go to work so for dinner I usually just have a protein bar or something small when I get home at 8.
Is it okay to just eat a higher calorie lunch? I know people say "eat five small meals a day" but that truly doesn't work with my schedule...Also, I'm vegan so i'm often limited on some things I can eat.
For working out, I work out 6 days a week. After work at 8, I go to the gym for an hour and do cardio. And 3 out of the 6 days I do strength training.
Is what i'm doing healthy? Any tips? I went vegan 3 months ago and have already lost 20 pounds but that was without excercise.

is it possible to lose 20 pounds in 2 months?
im 5'2, weigh about 129 and I want to weigh 110. i work out a lot, 1 to 2 hours a day already. 3 days ago i cut my calories to 700-900 calories a day, and I feel fine, just hungry at night. will this make me lose 20 pounds in the next 8 weeks?

According to My Weight and Measurements How Much Should I Lose?
I a 22 year old female and I am 5 foot 9 and I weigh around 163 on a good day, on a bad day 165 :)
My measurements are 38 31 42 I'm fairly curvy but I have wide hips just because of bone structure, I don't have much of a butt lol.
I carry my weight on my love handles and thighs/hips.
I want to lose 20 pounds, to slim my thighs and love handles, and to slim my waist.
But my mom said I would look emaciated if I lost 20 lbs, I think she just said this because she is used to seeing me the way I am now.
I need subjective advice? I have not talked to my doctor yet.
