Is this good? will it work? okay so i run/walk 5 miles a day i plan to start doing 100 sit ups and crunches every morning and night. i eat fat free yogurt for breakfast. snack a few hours later (carrots celery pretzels) then a chicken salad with half a fistful of chicken and a handful of salad another snack (protein bar, carrots, pretzels, watermelon) then whatever my mom makes for dinner (fistful) will this work to lose belly fat fast? what else can i do?

so im 13 and im 111 lbs and im chubby. i want to get rid of my chub be for school starts. witch is aug. 30. i already run 3 times a day. once in the morning for 10 Min's and after 12 for 5 Min's and in the evening around 8:30 i run for 15 Min's. im not seeing any results. could someone plz just give me some way to lose my belly fat. and plz no diets. some way to do this in 3 weeks. i just want a skinny belly not abs yet.
