Is my way of losing fat faster with p90x OK?
i wanna lose fat faster with p90x ang gain muscle. This is what i plan to do:
- i eat only fruit and drink water. I eat fruit few times a day
- work out with p90x one a day
- eat multi vitamin pills
- and drink 17grams of protein powder from whey from GMC.
is this method ok? or should i leave out the whey powder do lose fat faster and then start drinking it after losing a lot of fat?

What is a successful way for a teen guy to lose fat fast?
I'm 16, a guy, 5'10 tall, about 178 lbs. I have some belly fat, love handles, and fat on my bum. It is not a lot of fat, I need to lose about 10-15 lbs, I;m already pretty slim but want to lose that fat. I plan on going to the gym as often as I can, almost everyday, and work out two muscle groups each time. I bike 15 mins to the gym and it take 15 mins to bike back. So on my gym days itll look like this: Bike 15 mins, lift for biceps and back, bike 15 mins back. Should I still run at the gym after my workout? So after I workout all muscle groups, which will take 4 straight days, I'll rest a day then start over. Now, I really want to lose this fat and tone up by Sept 1st, 2011, Because that is when i Start my new school, and I want to look really good. If i stick to this plan, will i achieve my goal of losing 10-15 lbs by Sept 1st, 2011 and tone up?

Hey. I'm a seventeen year old boy. I'm at a healthy weight for my age and height, 5'7, and I get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. But I have like no muscle and still have a little flab everywhere. I heard that if you include strength training in your day that you lose fat faster and build muscle. My questions is how much weight should I start with? I'm not looking to become a body builder, just lose the flab and have some muscles.

What can I do to lose fat fast?
I am about 5'4'' and 1/2 ft tall girl and weight about 141. I am 15. I'm not terribly fat, but I want to get nicer legs DEFINANTLY. And, I have some love handles. I really need some good fat burning exercises. Does anybody have any suggestions? I would like to lose as much fat as possible before school starts (a little under three weeks). PLEASE HELP. :) <3
