How long will it take for me to see results in my stomach?
I've been working out since November 2011. I see my muscles toning in my legs but thats about it. I was wondering how long it would take for me to see noticeable muscle definition all over. I work out 5-6 times a week. I do cardio for 1 hour on some days and 1 hour of strength training on others. I try to eat better. But mostly I just cut back. I have a small frame. I weigh 136 right now, and I'm 5'7" tall. I measure and weigh myself. I'm losing inches but not weight. Is that good? Will I see definition by just losing inches. I really want to look more tone by September of this year. Is this at all possible??? Please answer all my question if you can lol thanks!

Losing Inches On my hips. Help?
Hey. I'm 6 feet tall, and 130 pounds. I'm slender and my hip size (in inches) is about a 36.5/37. I was wondering how much weight I would have to lose to get to about a 35/35.5 hip. I don't care about any comments about being anorexic, etc, if I lose weight, or anything of the kind. I would appreciate your input though.
