HELP PLEASE IM TIRED OF ASKING PLEASE BE SERIOUS AND HELP .!?
DO NOT say anything about "loving myself " and all that im tired of hearing all that . What can i do drop 10 pounds ? im 14 and i have been trying to lose fat since i was 12 i never seemed to look like those slim tiny girls i hang out with. I have a fat face i always wanted a face with a sharp jaws and high cheek bones . I google up how to lose to weight and all of it has the same stuff on it either its buying more food or some new exercise machine . im tired of it all . controlling my calories dont even work. i barely eat and im getting fatter and fatter every day some one out there must know how to lose pounds something new please something that would really work something unique please .

please help!! im on a diet!!!?
hi im on a diet because i want to lose some pounds and have a flat stomach. but i reallycant decide which one is the best i want to lose around 8-10 pounds. ive been thinking on the cabbage soup diest, hollywood diet, baby food diet, etc. i dont know which can be the best and i also plan on excersising while on this diet. can you please tell me which diet you consider the best and whih one worked for you or even other diets. im open mimded i need anything to have a flat stomach and lose pounds thanks

15, Dieabetes? worried...?
okay so im 5'3, 15 and now suddenly barely 100 pounds. how? well its december now, but back in march i tried to lose weight and i did it safely till like august. went from 115 to 108... and from august till last few weeks, down to 105 but slowly. through healthier eating and daily yoga and thats when i stoped trying to lose weight. and im eating more because thats underweight! so for the past week, i suddenly became hungrier so i ate more than usual (trying to gain again) and i blame school but i think its more than that.im getting more stressed and TIREED i try drinking alot of water but i use the washroom more recently (only like a bottle or 2 a day)... and as far as vision, its only been getting bad but i think its cuz i use to read in the darkkk so my eating habbits change slightly eating more, but im more tired, cold, skinny, have slight headaches.... Could i be dieabetic? ive lost pounds slowly and now when i want to stop like cuz thats enough now, its still going but faster when im not even trying!

Is this a good plan for a 16 yr old girl trying to lose pounds fast? With 5-6 small meals? :/?
I usE to be fat wen i was 14 yrs old i was 152 pounds. but now im 16 and weight 140 i suffered alot trying to lose it and n my proper weight is about 125-135 i want to lose 15 or 10 pounds by Feb early feb...im planning to limit my calories but give my body all its vitamins/fats/iron etc. So im going to start my day off with a 0.5 cup of fat free milk and 0.5 cup of unsweeted cereal with 1 fruit of My choice. After 2 hours i will snack on carrots..they r really tasty and full. After snacking i will have lunch whiich will be 1 grain toast slice, 1 slice of 99% fat free ham and 2 leafs of romaine lettuce. After 2 hours i will snack on special K crackers or a special k bar with some carrots. AFTER SNACK i will have dinner i will eat a large salad with carrots/celery/fish or any kind of meat with 1 fruit of my choice. After dinner i will eat a fruit of my choice (exept banana). I will do 200 crunches and situps DAILY&i wil workout an hr 5-6 days a week with alotof water no junks etc. Will i lose weight?

How do i know if i have worms in my stomach?
These last couple of weeks I've been losing pounds but i didn't really change my eating habits... also i feel like there is something in my belly like its kicking or moving when i push really hard on my stomach and then stop i feel something moving its not gas because it happens like all the time and its sometimes below my belly button and sometimes over it. Is it worms??? P.s: i know for a fact I'm not pregnant because I've been having my periods every month
