ok hi, my name is paige and I will be 16 in 4 days.
I have 30 C something breasts.and I love them, I dont want to lose any breast size.
I want to lose a lot of weight because I am almost 200 LBS. that needs to change.
Its mostly in my stomach and upper arms.
I am meeting with a personal trainer at the WOW gym on tuesday (I just started there about a week ago).
Are there any exercises or things that I can do during exercise to make my breast size be around the same size as they are now?

How much weight will i lose running 2 miles a day?
ive been running everyday since last monday. i skip sundays though. i havent seen any results at all. it actually looks like i put more fat on my body than i had? is this just me seeing this? i have not lost any weight. i actually gained 5 pounds. how come? what will help me lose stomach fat faster? im 14. should i run more miles a day? :D
