how many calories a day do i need to keep losing this weight?
ok im 22, and need to lose weight as fast as possible. in high school i lost about 25 pounds really quickly so im looking to do something similar. i gained a good amount of weight pretty fast due to a very unhealthy lifestyle. im 6'3" and was up to about 235 a couple weeks ago. i started trying to lose weight 2 weeks ago. the first week i lost 10 pounds by eating very little and healthy and doing cardio. the second week though, i only lose 1 pound. my usual and goal weight is around 200ish or maybe less. for the past week i was eating about 800 calories or so a day and doing cardio every night (eliptical). its been brought to my attention that its probably the lack of calories making my metabolism go way down and thats why i havent been losing. how many calories a day should i start eating to keep my metabolism working but to keep losing weight fast? thanks

Why am i lossing so much weight?
Ever since 2 weeks ago i am dropping like 1 lb and 1/2's in about every 2-3 days. i dont know whats happening... I don't eat lunch or breakfest but for dinner i eat alot of Junk food! I started to eat a junkfood lunch this week but i am still losing weight! 2 weeks ago i was 127.5 and now i am 118.5 I don't know whats happening please help!
